For all those people out there who want to live a healthier life but like me do not know much about how many calories should be consumed or how much vitamins certain foods have or if you are looking to loose weight how can you do that. This site is FREE and I have just started using it. Just in one day I have found out that my BMI is in norm and the site suggested I should just maintain the weight. However I want to lose 3kgs in the next month which I have put in my details and the site suggested what my calorie intake should be to achieve that.
